ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ కార్డు పరిమితి 2 లక్షల నుండి 5 లక్షలు
5 లక్షల నుండి 10 లక్షలు
10 లక్షల నుండి 25 లక్షలు........... ఇలా ఎవరికి వారు కేవలం కార్డు పరిమితి పెంచుకుంటూ పోయారు.

ఇలా పరిమితి పెంచుకుంటూ కోటి రూపాయల వరకు పెంచినా ఉపయోగం ఉండదు.
ఎందుకంటే ఒక చిన్న ఉదాహరణ ఇస్తాను.... ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ ట్రస్టు ముందుగానే ఆపరేషన్ ల వాటి ధరలు ఒక Tariff లాంటిది ఇస్తారు , దీనిని Aarogyasri Trust తో Hospitals MOU చేసుకుంటారు . దాని అర్థం మీరు ఇచ్చిన ధరలలో మేము white ration card ఉన్న వారికి ఒక్క రూపాయి కూడా తీసుకోకుండా ఉచితం గా చేస్తాము అని. కానీ ఇక్కడ ఉదాహరణ కు గుండెకు ఒక Stent వేసే ఆపరేషన్ కొరకు ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ ఇచ్చిన ధర Rs.60,900 ఇందులో రోగి ఆసుపత్రికి వచ్చినప్పటినుంచి Consultation, Investigations, Angiogram తరువాత అవసరం అయితే Stent వేయడం Discharge అయ్యే వరకూ ఉచితంగానే చెయ్యాలి. కానీ ఇప్పుడు 99% Hospitals ఇవన్నీ చేయడం లేదు, Consultation, Investigations, Angiogram ఇవన్నీ ముందు డబ్బులు కట్టి చేయించుకోండి Stent వెయ్యవలసి వస్తే ఉచితంగా వేస్తాము అంటారు, కొన్ని Hospitals మాత్రం ఇవన్నీ రోగులు డబ్బులు పెట్టి చేయించుకున్న తరువాత ఉచితంగానే చేస్తారు, మరి కొందరు మాత్రం ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ లో వచ్చే ధరలో మీకు మంచి Quality ఉన్న Stents రావు, కాబట్టి అదనంగా మంచి Stent కు అయ్యే ఖర్చు పెట్టుకోగలిగితే ఇవి వేస్తారు అని దాని ధర Rs.50,000 అవుతుంది అని చెబుతారు ఇది మీ ఇష్టం అంటారు. ******** అప్పుడు వచ్చే ఆలోచన అదేంటి మనకు ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన Card 10 లక్షలు కదా అందులో తీసుకోవచ్చుకదా అనుకుంటారు. ఇక్కడే ఒక చిన్న మతలబు ఉంది. అదేంటంటే మీకున్న ఈ గుండె సమస్య కు Hospitals ఎన్ని రోజులు ఉంచుకున్నా, ఎంత మంచి వైద్యం అందించినా Government ఇచ్చేది కేవలం ఆ Rs.60900 మాత్రమే. మేము ఇచ్చిన వైద్యానికి 5 లక్షలు అయింది అంటే ఇవ్వరు.

ఇప్పుడు అర్థం అయిందా కేవలం కార్డు పరిమితి పెంచటం వలన ఎలాంటి ఉపయోగం ఉండదు.
