I’ve noticed a pattern in many of my thyroid patients suddenly switching to pink salt from iodised salt thinking it’s an healthier option.

While pink salt is often marketed as healthy or natural, it may not contain enough iodine for thyroid support.

Iodine is essential for proper thyroid hormone production and metabolism.

Abrupt changes in salt type can impact your iodine intake and affect thyroid balance.

Thyroid patients who eat exclusively Himalayan pink salt without other sources of iodine, may be exposing themselves to iodine deficiency.

Also,Iodine deficiency during pregnancy and early childhood can lead to severe cognitive and developmental impairments.

Oxygen – The Enemy of Cancer

Prof. Otto Warburg, who received 2 Nobel Prizes (1931 & 1944) for his pioneering work on cellular energetics, revealed a groundbreaking truth:

The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of oxygen in healthy cells by sugar fermentation.

Cancer cells thrive in an anaerobic (oxygen-less) environment, feeding on sugar and flourishing when circulation and oxygenation are poor.
