🤰Behind every mom training for something:
1️⃣ She squeezes workouts in whenever she can.
2️⃣ Running on coffee and way less than eight hours of sleep.
3️⃣ Gets sick when her kid does, but still shows up.
4️⃣ She’s not just doing it for herself.
5️⃣ Between meal prep, appointments, and school runs-she still finds time to chase her goals.
6️⃣ Rest days? Usually replaced by mom life.
But she keeps going, because her “why” is bigger than her excuses.
