-Use of specific dance forms such as zumba, spinning, etc. that help reduce stored fat.
-Instructions on muscle toning & endurance.
-Conducted different physical education programs to create awareness about physical development & fitness.
-Motivated the members to set & achieve their fitness targets.
-Guidance to the members on the importance of a healthy diet & nutrition.
-Use of gymnastics to make a well-toned body.

- I Designed personal exercise & diet for my personal clients.

- Prepared routine check-up to be followed by all the my Personal Clients.
-Exhibited the Importance of exercise in the daily life by arranging various health events for the clients.
-Guidance on the proper use of the gym equipment's.
-Ensure the safety and injury of the members through implementation of prevention policies and procedures.
-Guidance to the members on healthy food habits.

Rolling your shoulders provides zero benefit and actually can cause shoulder impingement - don't do it!

If you're trying to hit your upper pecs, be careful not to arch your back too much on this exercise. If you arch your back too much it changes the pressing angle... basically you might as well be doing a flat/decline press.
