4 ways to make your workout effective.
GO SLOW AND GETFIT

1. At your ease
Go easy and slow with your repetitions. Study suggests that 8 second repetitions are best to increase strength.

2. Zero time waste
Slowing your reps does not mean being slow between your exercises. You should quickly jump from one exercise to the other. This conditions your cardio system and heats up the metabolism.

3. Adopt the technique
Smooth and swift movements helps in muscle contraction and expansion. This gives you an injury free advantage.

4. Rest assured
Rest enables muscle regrowth. Give 40 to 48 hours of gap between high intensity workouts to allow best impact.

4 ways to flat abs.
Crunches do not lead to flat abs. These do

1. Diet and digestion
Burning more calories than you take in to reduce body fat is vital. You have to change your diet and increase your energy output. In other words, eat less and move more.

2. 3D core workout
People have misconception that the best way to strengthen the abs is to get on the floor and do a thousand crunches which is very wrong. You have to see the abs as a 360-degree core. Develop strength and flexibility around that core is key.

3. Better posture
For better posture while standing, align your ears over your shoulders, shoulders over hips, hips over knees, and knees over ankles. Keep the fronts of the shoulders open like a shirt on a hanger, instead of a shirt on a peg. Draw your navel to your spine and keep your weight even on the balls and heels. Without doing any abdominal exercise, you can look much leaner by simply standing up straight.

4. Cardio
If you want to burn the most belly fat, a Duke University study confirms that aerobic exercise is the most effective in burning that deep, visceral belly fat. In fact, aerobic training burns 67% more calories than resistance training or a combination of the two.
