ఒక్కసారి మనం సొంతంగా నడవడం మొదలెడితే మన జీవితంలో వెనక్కి తిరిగి చూసుకునే అవకాశం ఉండదు. నడక మన విజయానికి మాత్రమే కాదు ఆరోగ్యకరమైన హృదయానికి కూడా ఎంతో కీలకం.

మన ఆరోగ్యాన్ని పణంగా పెట్టి, శారీరకంగానూ, మానసికంగానూ కృంగిపోతూ సంపదను కూడబెట్టడం వలన ప్రయోజనం ఏమిటి.?
మన ఆరోగ్యం కేవలం మనకే కాదు మన ప్రియమైన వారికి కూడా ఎంతో ముఖ్యమైనది.
