The objective of MyDocAdvisor.com (MDA) is to Educate and Empower patients with information on some of the most reputed doctors/hospitals in India, in each field of medicine with the aim of helping them make a better and more informed choice of the doctor they choose for their ailment. At MDA we believe that every patient has the right to information that helps them get the best medical care for themselves or for those they care and hence we do not charge for this service. We do not charge the institutions or doctors either as we do not want to create a perception or an opportunity for bias. We are not a directory unlike a majority of the health portals nor are we agents like the remaining. We conduct our research and genuinely believe that the doctor and/or institution is one of the most reputed in their field and hence recommended. We identify only the most reputed based on various criteria ranging from experience, qualifications/accreditations, facilities, technology, peer recommendations and patient feedback. We aim to make this a hub for information on only SOME of the most reputed medical practitioners, thereby differentiating ourselves from other healthcare portals which are merely like directories. We do this by providing limited choice of only the most reputed and follow that up by providing detailed information on the facility and its doctors. We however are only a guide and the final decision and choice is yours. Our engagement with you is not one way. This way our customers are kept up to date with new products, features, initiatives and promotions that has the potential to help them. Health Journal - We launch our free monthly health e-journal in the month of November. Our editorial team works in conjunction with some of the most reputed doctors to educate you on various topics related to health, fitness and much more. Surveys - We conduct annual surveys on patient experiences, behaviours, expectations and share the analysis with our listed hospitals to enable them to address any gaps and improve
Ask Us - If a patient cannot identify a doctor in a particular field or for a particular issue on our portal, the patient can send us their query and we will research on your behalf to identify a reputed doctor(s). There are no charges associated with this. Feedback - Our focus is on the customer and we want to ensure that you as users of this portal benefit in everyway. Therefore, should you not have a good experience with a particular doctor or hospital you can notify us through the feedback option on the recommend hospital's profile. The information will be used for two purposes. We will share this with the hospital/doctor as constructive feedback. Additionally we will use that information in our periodic review of hospitals/doctors to decide upon our future recommendation of the same
Suggest a Doctor - In our endeavor to serve the community better. We are open to suggestions of doctors/hospitals we haven't already captured. The suggestions will be reviewed by our research team and an appropriate decision will be taken. We would be grateful for your suggestions

MDA is Headquartered in Hyderabad, India. The team consists of experienced professionals with a breath of experience in various sectors ranging from Healthcare, Finance, Journalism and I.T. Many of whom, have previously worked in some of the most reputed institutions like Goldman Sachs International, Google, IBM, NDTV etc. The team also has a set of very reputed and experienced doctors on its advisory panel.
