A 58-year-old patient with advanced cervical spondylotic myelopathy causing gait issues and muscle wasting underwent anterior cervical decompression and fusion at C5/6, C6/7 under the care of Dr. Kiran Lingutla, Clinical Director & Sr. Consultant, Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon, CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills.
