Greetings from Facts Foundation & Professional Services , Hyderabad.

​We are happy to inform you all that ever since Facts Foundation was started from 2010 to present - we have grown from two members to 27member Cardiologists & three cardiac surgeon team of Cardiac Sciences Professionals. We started our journey first concentrating and getting World’s Premier Interventional Cardiology Experience to INDIA as Acvs India/Tct INDIA in collaboration with Crf, USA. We are in the process of establishing Facts Vascular Academy - a facility first of its kind for testing of newer devices and for training budding Cardiologists.
We run several free cardiac screening programs in Siddipet, Mahabubnagar & Peddapalli, etc through Facts Foundation collaboration with LiveCare Tele medicine platform of Canada. Facts Foundation in collaboration with Columbia University is successfully performing free cardiac disease screening and treatment programs both in Osmania ( Petlaburz) Hospital & Gandhi Hospitals. Through this we could save atleast more than ten pregnant mothers & their newborns by helping them achieve successful outcomes.
Facts Professional Services could successfully establish the concept of rendering World class cardiac care with good team work . We as a group now render services through mutual cooperation in Five corporate Hospitals in City and Five peripheral Medical Colleges in Five districts of Telangana. We are now happy to inform that the Biggest & most prestigious Corporate Chain - Apollo group of hospitals of India invited our group to take care of Cardiology activities at their flagship hospital at Apollo Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad & Clinical research activities across Apollo group in India. Apollo management has appointed Facts Chairman - Dr.A.Sreenivas Kumar as Director, Cardiology & Clinical Research. We all thank Apollo management for reposing faith in us and pledge to leave upto their expectations.
