That magic is nothing but a special immunity booster ' ' that everyone in the family can relish along with the traditional meal consisting dal, rice, roti & sabji. ( below)
INGREDIENTS
Raw mango (ambi) - 1 piece
Garlic - 3 pods
Ginger - 2 inch
Onion - 1/2 small
Tomato - 1 small
Anar dana (Pomegranate seeds) - 1 tbsp
Fresh curry leaves - 10-12
Fresh ajwain leaves - 4-5
Fresh sweet basil leaves (niazbo) - 5-6
Fresh mint leaves - 1 cup
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green chilli - 2-3
Salt (rock salt) - as per taste
Tamarind/Jaggery (optional)
METHOD
Crush in Mortar and Pestle till it forms smooth chutney-like consistency as shown in pic
SERVING
Enjoy a small serving (1-2 tbsp) with Indian meals
