Why do Cristiano and Vigourfit think Coca Cola is bad for you? ♦️

Because after drinking carbonated beverages, large amounts of sugar are turned into fat in your liver. Glucose can be metabolized by every cell in your body, whereas fructose can only be metabolized by one organ, your liver. Sugar drastically increases belly fat
accumulation. Sugary sodas contain little to no essential nutrients, only providing sugar and calories.

Observational studies suggest that sugar sweetened beverages are linked to an increased risk of cancer.

4 MEI: 4-Methylimidazole changes in reproduction, fertility, and development in rats.
High Fructose Corn Syrup: It is main ingredient in coca-cola over 18 cubes of the stuff per litre. This is not good thing.

This post is not only for coaches, it's for everyone as it's your responsibility to know what your body is made up of and which muscle exactly you're targeting during each exercise.

In general, the muscular system has a basic structure which allows muscles to move limbs &  create force. When muscle contracts bunches up. When a muscle relaxes, it goes back to it's normal size. So they work in pairs of flexors and extensors. A muscle is always situated between bones, connected bones via tendons which are fibrous and flexible tissue that can attach to bones. 

There is no use if you don't connect your mind with every single exercise you do. Be aware of the muscle engaging by going through the diagram.

Myth: Raw carrots are more nutritious than cooked carrots. 

Fact: Cooked carrots are more nutritious. The process breaks down the hard cellular wall and encases. The carotenoids, such as Beta-Carotene. 

The Truth About Carrots!!  🥕
Cooking carrots releases the hidden pockets of good-for-you Beta-Carotene. Infact, eating carrots raw only gives you 3% of this substance. But when you heat them up, they release closer to 40%. 

Raw vegetables are not always healthier. The body converts beta-carotene into Vitamin A. Which plays a vital role in vision, reproduction, bone growth and regulating immune system. The fiber in carrots can help keep blood sugar levels under control. Carrots are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. High-fiber foods can promote gut health and also help reduce levels of low-density lipoprotein (or) bad cholesterol in the blood. 

Another antioxidant that carrots provide is Vitamin andVitamin C contributes to college production. College is a key component of connective tissue and essential for wound healing and keeping the body healthy. 

Carrots contain vitamin K and small amounts of Calcium amd Phosphorous. All these contribute to bone health and may help prevent osteoporosis.

Sugar is common name given to the organic compound 'Sucrose'. Sugar does not provide any vitamins or minerals. It is an empty calorie. Sugar actually robs your body of essential minerals. Our body breaks down refined sugar rapidly, causing insulin and blood sugar levels to skyrocket. Because, refined sugar digested quickly you don't feel full after you're done eating. It increases your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Just like drugs, sugar stimulates the release of dopamine receptors that lead us to crave more sugar. Sugar is not exactly healthy food there is a lot of misinformation about how sweet stuff should factor into your diet. The body requires no added sugar to function properly. And also don't rely on artificially sweetened beverages as replacements, is thought to be one of the main culprits. We don't need sugar. It is carbohydrate that occurs naturally in many foods such as fruits and vegetables.

Instead prefer foods with low Glycemic Index as they are slowly digested. And jaggery is healthy alternative to white sugar. It has various health benefits and absorbed slowly. According to American Heart Association the maximum amount of sugar you should eat in a day are Men: 150calories per day (35 grams or 9 teaspoons) Women 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons)
