Computer Vision Syndrome - Digital eye strain
Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
Adjust your workspace: Position your monitor about an arm's length away, with the top of the screen at or just below eye level. Use a document holder for any printed materials to avoid looking up and down.
Improve lighting: Reduce glare by closing blinds, adjusting lighting, or using a glare filter on your screen.
Optimize screen settings: Enlarge text size and adjust brightness and contrast for comfort. Lowering brightness and using warmer color tones can help.
Blink often: Consciously blink more frequently to keep your eyes moist.
Take breaks: Schedule short breaks to step away from the screen, walk around, or rest your eyes.
Use eye drops: If eyes feel dry, over-the-counter artificial tears can provide relief.. For more info visit us at http://www.orienteyehospital.in/latest-update/computer-vision-syndrome-digital-eye-strain/37?utm_source=facebookpage
