Dear Unicity Distributors,

Please be informed that all distributors who have not submitted their KYC documents (Distributorship Agreement Form, copy of the PAN Card & Copy of the Address proof) within 15 days from the Date of Joining will be suspended indefinitely.

For existing distributors who have joined as of 30th June 2014, Kindly do the needful by 15th July 2014 to ensure that you have uninterrupted relationship with Unicity.

Dear Unicity Distributors,

Please be informed distributors joined from June 5th following TBB – Structure will be applicable.

The Director Lifestyle Bonuses (LSB) would be paid as follows:
• Director - Rs.20,000 per month for 12 months (no time cap)
• Sr Director - Rs.25,000 per month for 12 months (no time cap)
• Executive Director - Rs.30,000 per month for 12 months (no time cap)

Further, the following Consistency Bonuses (CB) will be paid:
• Rs.70,000 will be paid instead of Rs.20,000 for a Director earning his/her sixth LSB (no time cap)
• Rs.85,000 will be paid instead of Rs.25,000 for a Sr. Director earning his/her sixth LSB (no time cap)
• Rs.1,00,000 will be paid instead of Rs.30,000 for an Ex. Director earning his/her sixth LSB (no time cap)

Rest of the Compensation Plan remains the same.

Dear Unicity Distributors,

For all the current distributors who joined till 31st May 2014.
OR
Distributors joined between 1st June to 4th June and has volumes/orders moved back to May 2014.
The current TBB and RMB (Rank Maintenance Bonus) will be applicable till the commission month of August 2014.

The Director Lifestyle Bonuses (LSB) would be paid as follows:
• Director - Rs.20,000 per month for 12 months (no time cap)
• Sr Director - Rs.25,000 per month for 12 months (no time cap)
• Executive Director - Rs.30,000 per month for 12 months (no time cap)

In addition to the above, the following Consistency Bonuses (CB) will be paid :
• Rs.70,000 will be paid instead of Rs.20,000 for a Director earning his/her sixth LSB (no time cap)
• Rs.85,000 will be paid instead of Rs.25,000 for a Sr Director earning his/her sixth LSB (no time cap)
• Rs.1,00,000 will be paid instead of Rs.30,000 for an Ex Director earning his/her sixth LSB (no time cap)

The above changes are brought in to cultivate a long term oriented field behaviour and to build steady and sustainable business for strong leadership growth. The TBB amount is increased by 1 lac (from 9.8 lacs to 10.8 lacs).

Distributors that have already received a portion of any TBB or RMB for a specific rank, will continue to receive the remaining RMB payout at the prior payout levels. Any new rank that is achieved after august 2014, will be paid out under the new structure.

• For Example: If a distributor already received the TBB for the Director rank but has not received all of the RMB, he or she will continue on the prior RMB levels for Director until those payments are received. Then if the distributor achieves the rank of SD after August, he will be on the new LSB (Lifestyle Bonus) and CB (Consistency Bonus) for the Rank of Sr .Director and Ex. Director.
