Elevating health globally is a shared responsibility—across brands, teams, and roles.

With this belief at the core, CTSI recently came together for our Town Hall, aligned around a single purpose: Elevating Health Globally. The session created space for reflection, direction, and honest dialogue on how we are progressing—and how we must do more.

Our Chairman, Mr. Dileep Mangsuli, outlined the initiatives already underway, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the opportunities ahead to strengthen our impact. This was further enriched by insights from our leadership team, including Mr. Atul Rastogi (VP – Finance), Dr. Maneesh Bagai (COO – Ampath), Mr. Faisal Siddiqui (VP & COO – Strategy and Operations), Mr. Rahul Kulkarni (CHRO), and Mr. Monsy Mathew (Group Marketing Head), who shared perspectives across operations, people, strategy, and growth.

During life-threatening emergencies, timely and expert intervention matters.

A 26-month-old child, E Rathvik, was brought to Citizens Specialty Hospital with high-risk pediatric head trauma after a fall, with uncertain odds.

Through the coordinated efforts of our Orthopaedics and Neurology teams, led by Dr Rajesh Reddy Sannareddy (Brain, Spine & Endovascular Neurosurgeon) and Dr Paritosh Anand (Pediatrician), timely intervention and compassionate care guided him through a critical phase.
