Benefits of Optimal Water Intake

Besides the importance of essential nutrients from food, you have to consider the impact of water consumption.

Oftentimes, dehydration is the cause of perceived exhaustion, fatigue, brain fog, and headaches, without you even realizing it.

If you consume optimal amounts of water each and every day, you will be able to:

1. Prevent headaches
2. Nurture bodily processes
3. Improve skin health
4. Optimize athletic performance
5. Help your joints lubricate better

Optimal water consumption depends on many individual factors, as well as the environment you‘re in (i.e if it‘s hotter, you‘ll need more water).

A general rule of thumb, however, is to never reach excessive thirst, as this is the first sign of dehydration

Carry a small bottle and develop the habit of having a couple of sips every now and then.

The best way to know if you‘re well-hydrated is to monitor the color of your urine - If it‘s light and almost transparent, you‘re good to go. If it‘s yellow, it is likely that you are dehydrated.

Consider it a bonus that quality water is easily accessible and use that as a tool to give the body what it needs!

As far as we know, you get one shot at the game called "life".

From our perspective, that life is pretty long, but on the grand scale of things, 80 years of life isn't all that much.

Especially considering the fact that your perceived best, most fruitful moments are in the period between 20 and 40 years of age.

Knowing this, we can easily say - Life's too short!

Go out and do your thing, show the world who you are - No time to be a small fish!

Contrary to popular belief, it is not a single macronutrient or a food group that makes you gain weight.
What makes you gain weight is the systematic, excessive consumption of more food than your body needs. This means that all 3 macronutrients, including carbs, CAN make you fat... if you consume them in excess. Ultimately, however, cutting some of your carbs in order to lose weight is your best bet. This is due to the fact that protein and fats are essential for the body, while carbs are not.
Essential simply means that the body needs it but can‘t produce it.
Nevertheless, you should consume less but enough carbs to sustain energy levels for various physical and mental activities.

Getting over the sickness is all about giving the body nutrients to support its immune system.
Citrus fruits like grapefruit & oranges, along with bananas & bone broth, will give your body powerful anti-oxidants, nourishing overall health.
The important part is to avoid very heavy foods and stick to lighter ones like the ones listed.
This will ease the work of your body and hence, make it easier to get over the virus.

Fat won‘t make you fat, but it can easily add a ton of calories to your meals, which in turn makes it more likely for you to consume more food than you actually need. For instance, the difference between dry-baked & oil-baked potatoes is right about 200 calories...
And this is not little!
Nevertheless, fat intake should be well optimized, as dietary fats are essential for the body and many of its functions. Optimal daily fat intake forms at 0.35-0.45g per lb of bodyweight and should come from animal foods, fatty fish, nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc.
This will allow you to sustain the healthy functioning & structure of many tissues & processes.
