Yoga offers an almost direct path to realising our own infinite potential. It is only then, when we realise our potential, that we experience our true self.

Pincha Mayurasana :. It is translated as Peacock Feather Pose from Sanskrit, the name of this pose comes from pincha meaning feather, mayura meaning peacock and asana meaning posture or seat.
