Nutrition advice your doctor won't tell you (but should).
#1: You don't need to eat perfectly
Trying for perfection causes more stress than "imperfect" eating ever could. Aim for consistency, not perfection.
#2: Weight isn't the only health marker
Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, energy levels, sleep quality, mental health—all matter MORE than the number on a scale.
#3: Trust your hunger cues
Your body evolved to tell you when it needs food. External rules (eat every 3 hours, no eating after 7 PM) ignore your body's wisdom.
#4: Food isn't medicine
It supports health, yes. But it can't cure disease alone. Don't let anyone sell you "superfoods" as cures.
#5: Manage stress first
Chronic stress affects digestion, metabolism, appetite, sleep, and inflammation more than most dietary choices.
The Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 6, Verse 17):
"One who is moderate in eating, sleeping, work, and recreation can mitigate all sorrows."
Moderation. Balance. Not extremes.
