We, at “Roots Drug De-addiction Centre”, Ghari Awang Leikai, are determined to curb down the menace of drug addiction gripping our society. There are many unfortunate individuals who are suffering from addiction in our society who cannot afford the proper treatment required to live a life free from the grip of drug addiction. So to help them in any way possible, we have decided to give free treatment to 10 individuals from 26/12/2021 to 05/01/22, who are suffering from substance use disorder on a first come first serve basis.

We have finally completed vaccinating our staff and all our clients with the second phase of vaccination. We put our health and well being of our clients and staff as top priority above all else. We are grateful to all the people who have helped us out in doing so, and look forward for a better future ahead in all of our endeavours.

With the ever increasing threat of infection from this current pandemic, we at "ROOTS" after much consideration of hygiene and precaution decided to vaccinate our clients after consulting their guardians and the clients themselves for their consent. We have successfully vaccinated all our clients and staff without any untoward incidents whatsoever. We treasure the comfort and health for our clients above everything else and hope to do more in the future.

A well wisher of our rehabilitation centre who chose to keep his/her identity anonymous has donated us a refrigerator today. With all the love and support we have received so far from the people has been an immense force to motivate and encourage us to work more with our heart and soul to serve the society in a better way for the future.
