The OBG Nursing Department, Choithram College of Nursing, under the Alumni Contribution Program, successfully organized a webinar on
โ€œPPH Management with Updated WHO Guidelinesโ€ on 9th February 2026.

The session was enriched by the expert talk of ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐’๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ก๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐š ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฎ๐๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฒ, ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐“๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, ๐Š๐ข๐ง๐  ๐†๐ž๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ž ๐Œ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐‹๐ฎ๐œ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ, who shared valuable, evidence-based insights on early identification and timely management of Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) as per updated WHO guidelines.

It was a heartwarming reunion that honored the past while strengthening the connection with the alma mater.

The camp commenced with an inaugural ceremony, marking the formal beginning of the residential program. Throughout the camp, the NSS volunteers were closely supervised and guided by ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ. ๐‘๐š๐ค๐ก๐ข ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ฅ, ๐๐’๐’ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ, and ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฒ๐š๐ง๐ค๐š ๐“๐ข๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ข, ๐๐’๐’ ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ž. The residential camp concluded with a closing ceremony, followed by a cultural event and certificate distribution, acknowledging the dedicated participation and efforts of the NSS volunteers.

The orientation emphasized awareness on rights, dignity, safety, legal safeguards, and gender equality, aiming to nurture a safe, respectful, and inclusive academic environment. The Homecoming Alumni Reunion 2K26 was not just an event, it was an emotional return home. Watching our alumni step back into Choithram College of Nursing felt like time paused for a moment. The program began with Saraswati Pujan performed by faculty and students, followed by devotional bhajans and prasad distribution.
