Practical physics 😍

How it works?
The white smoke produced when a candle is extinguished is actually v***rized paraffin wax, not just soot.
Because the wick remains hot for a few seconds after extinguishing, it continues to turn solid wax into gas.

This trail of combustible v***r allows a flame to travel back down the smoke stream and reignite the candle.

Post school, you might notice it more!

As the child was asked to sit in one place and be disciplined, they just can’t do that when they come back!

Giving a support under the feet, while eating a feeding, might be helpful, though not always!

I will share more about the sensory strategies for coming down in coming weeks.

Doja Snow, this is very normal and 80 to 90% of toddlers and primary school children do this!

Burping newborn

Burping gave me insomnia more than feeding!

But I was so scared of reflux that I used to make sure I do it right. Then Itook help from my husband and that helped a lot.

So if you get burp right away great, but it’s still recommended to keep baby upright along your shoulder or chest for at least 20min.

It also gives them kind of tummy time. I generally used to lean back too. This reel shows different types of methods we used for burping and it all worked at one time or other.

I hope this helps ❤️

Connecting milestones

I am a Pediatric Physiotherapist with an experience of more than 10 years. I have done Masters in Neurophysiotherapy from Punjabi University Patiala. I am a certified Neurodevelopmental therapist and did my Certification approved by NDTA from Centre for Discovery, New York, USA in 2018. I am trained in Sensory Integration therapy and many adjunct therapies by Dr. Snehal Deshpande and her team from Sneh RERC in their various centres. The Aim of making this page is to reach out to the Parents and caregivers who do not have access to latest developments and therapies in this field. I want to guide them from my experience and direct them to experts in the field. I am also hoping that therapists working in this field will benefit from this page. Disclaimer : The advice I am sharing is from my Professional experience and qualifications. It can not replace the advice of your Pediatrician or Healthcare provider.
