Ridiculously tired… legs are giving up… but still have to walk, do rounds, finish discharges. Mind is exhausted but work doesn’t stop. One step at a time, finish what’s needed, then breathe. This phase will pass — just need to push a little more

Such a perfect alignment of numbers is truly uncommon. In my experience of doing thousands of deliveries, I have never come across all three matching so beautifully. A truly rare moment.

Past 48 hours have been nothing short of a marathon — 8 deliveries in total!
6 normal deliveries and just 2 C-sections, both high-risk cases — one IVF-conceived and the other with previous C-section and multiple fibroids.
Feeling grateful for smooth outcomes and strong mothers!

She was my schoolmate — I still remember her for her unique eyes and those two cute chotis we all had to make as per school rules.
Life came full circle when one day she walked into my clinic, expecting her second baby.

Today turned into an emergency — her bag of water ruptured, and she got stuck in traffic for half an hour. All I could do was pray, “Bas sab achha ho jaye.”
And finally, that moment came — the tears of joy in her eyes said it all.
