एक बुजुर्ग मरीज कमर दर्द की शिकायत लेकर हमारे पास गोकुलदास में आए...
साथ ही उन्हें दोनों पैरों में सुन्नपन और झुनझुनी भी महसूस हो रही थी।

पहले केस नॉर्मल लग रहा था पर फिर जांच और एमआरआई में पता चला कि उन्हें लम्बर कैनाल स्टेनोसिस (Lumbar Canal Stenosis) की गंभीर समस्या है।

लक्षणों को देखते हुए ऑपरेशन करने का फैसला लिया गया।
डॉ. निलेश जैन (न्यूरोसर्जन और स्पाइन सर्जन) और उनकी टीम ने माइक्रोस्कोप की मदद से लम्बर स्पाइन डीकम्प्रेशन सर्जरी की।

ऑपरेशन सफल रहा।
