It was an honour and surreal experience to attend Opening ceremony of International Squash Tournaments at Daly College Indore, with legends as Maharaj Dewas, President Board of Governors, Laxman Singhji Mr. Anil Dhupar and others.

Special mention of graceful presence of Principal Ms. Bindra, warm hospitality extended by her, Ms. Rashmi Ahuja, Ms. Hasija and Captain Sunpreet was very appreciable.

It was a pleasure to be a part of *Inquisito 2025*: Celebrating World Physiology Week at Sri Aurobindo University.

Under the vibrant leadership of Dean Student Welfare and Prof and Head, Department of Physiology, Dr. Jaishree Tapadia, the “Anaemia Awareness Wall” “Fuel Your Physiology”, a unique fireless cooking competition and various mindful games were spectacular.

The Department of Pediatrics, SAIMS & Sri Aurobindo University brought the campus to life with the Blue Santa Camp 2025 on 13 November — a day filled with hope, learning, and deep compassion for children living with Type 1 Diabetes.
This year’s theme, Integrated Medicine in Type 1 Diabetes, opened doors to a thoughtful blend of advanced endocrinology and time-tested traditional healing.

One of the most inspiring moments was The Bija Plant Initiative, highlighting the remarkable power of Vijaysar (Pterocarpus marsupium) — our ancient “sugar tree.”
Shared research showed encouraging improvements in glycemic control, reduced oxidative stress, and better overall wellbeing in young diabetes warriors.

What this day really captured was a shared commitment to science, sustainability, and humanity — a reminder that care is most powerful when it is both innovative and compassionate.

A specialised skill training course was designed for selected participants, where laparoscopy and hysteroscopy knowledge was imparted.
It was beneficial for new as well as seasoned Gynecologists. From basic operating room set up, training on animals as well as mannequins was given.
What made this course unique was the operating room hands on chance.
It was a pleasure to be a part of the team.
