Monday brings a lot of work ,Opd ,surgery ,USG s and as I was just getting exhausted , a little angel ( my 2 years old IVF baby) stepped into my clinic with her nani ,and gave me sweet hugs ,just made my Day !

U need to...
1.Correct your Hb levels if anaemic
2.Start folic acid,it prevents birth defects in babies
3.correct your bone strength ,check bone density and vitamin D levels
4.Check your thyroid status,hypo or hyper thyroid status gives poor pregnancy outcome.
5.Shed those extra kilos ,prevent high blood pressure or diabetes during pregnancy
6.Correct any of your pre.existing medical disorder in your body to prevent complications during pregnancy.
7.Tone your body,exercise ,increase your stamina and strength.
8.Have stress free environment at home .
9.Ensure being overburdened at work place,plan for leave
10.Ensure proper sleep.
