💠🩸 Iron is a good blood builder, so foods rich in iron, such as beets, carrots, grapes, raisins, and currants, are used in the Ayurvedic treatment of most
anemias.

💠 Figs, dates, and date sugar are also good sources of iron.

💠 Pomegranate juice
and cranberry juice can be used as blood builders, as can a combination of beet and
carrot juice. (Add a pinch of cumin to your carrot/beet juice for maximum effect.)

💠 Chlorophyll is also a good source of iron, and many times Ayurveda does suggest using chlorophyll, generally in the form of spinach, chard, and other fresh green vegetables

" MONSOON " arrives: & Ayurveda Suggest to take care of digestive Fire & slow down VATA in our body !! 🌧️🌦️

🍀 Best to eat Light Foods which are easily digestible since Agni is on low mode !!
If heavy, spicy food a person consumes then it becomes difficult to digest and other issues arise like constipation, acidity, and bloating !!

🍀 Cinnamon, Ginger, and Mint work best as anti-oxidants, thus becoming good as a tea to intake for the proper mechanism of free radicals inside our body.

🍀 It is advised to Exercise early in the morning rather than Afternoon or Evening to Avoid VATA disorders and imbalances

🍀 Honey with Lukewarm water is advised to keep the proper blood circulation in our body and keep the body free from other microbes

🍀 During Rainy Season we often see lots of dangerous Dengue mosquitoes and other flies, and worms coming inside our houses and affecting!! FUMIGATION thus helps to keep away from them and keep our environment clean !!
