जानें कंसीलर लगाने का सही तरीक़ा
चेहरे के दाग़-धब्बों को छुपाने के लिए हम सभी कंसीलर का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, लेकिन यदि कंसीलर को सही तरीके से अप्लाई न किया जाए तो चेहरा पैची व भद्दा नज़र आने लगता है. कंसीलर का बेस्ट रिज़ल्ट पाने के लिए कुछ ज़रूरी बातों का ध्यान अवश्य रखें.
1. हमेशा अपनी स्किन टोन से मैच करता हुआ कंसीलर ही चुनें. इसके लिए कंसीलर ख़रीदते समय नैचुरल लाइट में उसका शेड देख लें.
2. यदि आप पहली बार कंसीलर लगा रही हैं तो सबसे पहले अपनी उंगली पर निकालें और आंखों के नीचे निकालकर हल्के हाथों से मसाज करें. मसाज अंदर से बाहर की तरफ़ करें.
3. कंसीलर लगाने के कुछ समय बाद तक कोई दूसरी क्रीम न लगाएं, नहीं तो कंसीलर सेट नहीं होगा.
4. अगर आपकी आंखें घंसी हुई है तो फाउंडेशन से एक शेड लाइट कंसीलर लगाएं.
5. कंसीलर लगाने के बाद उसे हल्के हाथों से अच्छी तरह मिलाएं.
6. यदि आपकी स्किन ड्राई है तो कंसीलर लगाने से पहले चेहरे को मॉइश्‍चराइज़ करें.
7. चेहरे के किसी हिस्से के दाग़ को छुपाने के लिए ढेर सारा कंसीलर लगाने की ग़लती न करें, बल्कि पतली पर्त लगाकर उसे सेट होने दें.
8. यदि आपकी त्वचा तैलीय है व चेहरे के रोमछिद्र बड़े हैं तो क्रीम बेस्ड या स्टिक कंसीलर लगाने से बचें, क्योंकि इससे रोमछिद्र और बड़े दिखाई देंगे. आप लिक्विड कंसीलर का इस्तेमाल करें.
9. मुहांसों को छुपाने के लिए पेंसिल कंसीलर का प्रयोग करें, क्योंकि टिप प्वॉइंटेड होने के कारण उन्हें मुहांसों पर लगाना आसान होता है.
10. आंखों के नीचे कंसीलर लगाने के लिए कंसीलर ब्रश या फिंगर टिप का इस्तेमाल करें. आंख के छोर से दूसरी छोर पर कंसीलर से ट्रैंगल बनाकर ब्लेंड करें.

ख़ास घरेलू फेस पैक सर्दियों में निखारते हैं त्वचा की रंगत
100 ग्राम गेहूं के चोकर को एक कप पानी में रातभर भिगोकर रखें. सुबह इसे चेहरे पर अच्छी तरह लगाकर मसाज करें. इससे डेड स्किन से छुटकारा मिलता है त्वचा की रंगत निखरती है.
* कॉर्न, ज्वार का आटा और मलाई समान मात्रा में मिलाकर पेस्ट तैयार करें. इसे चेहरे पर लगाएं और सूख जाने पर धो लें. इससे डेड सेल हटने के अलावा चेहरे की टोनिंग और मॉश्‍चराइज़िंग भी हो जाती है. ये पेस्ट त्वचा में कसाव भी लाता है.
* बादाम को गरम पानी में भिगोकर छिलका निकाल लें. सूखने पर इसका पाउडर बनाकर रख दें और रोज़ाना बादाम के पाउडर में थोड़ा-सा दूध मिलाकर चेहरे पर मलें. ड्राई स्किन और दाग़-धब्बे दूर हो जाएंगे.

हर स्किन के लिए मॉइश्चराइज़र ज़रूरी होता है. आपकी स्किन चाहे ड्राय हो, ऑयली हो या नार्मल, मॉइश्चराइज़र आपके भी ब्यूटी रूटीन का एक हिस्सा होगा. खासतौर से बदलते मौसम में मॉइश्चराइज़र हमारी स्किन को मुलायम रखता है. बाज़ार में मिलने वाले मॉइश्चराइज़र तो आपने ट्राय किए ही होंगे लेकिन एक बार घर पर इसे बनाकर इस्तेमाल करें (Homemade Chemical Free Moisturizers)…आसानी से घर पर बने ये मॉइश्चराइज़र देंगे आपको मुलायम त्वचा और दूर रखेंगे आपको कैमिकल्स से होने वाले नुकसान से. यहां जानिए कैसे घर पर तैयार करें अपना खुद का मॉइश्चराइज़र.

मुल्तानी मिट्टी और शहद

2 टेबलस्पून मुल्तानी मिट्टी में 1 टेबलस्पून शहद व 1 टेबलस्पून दूध मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं. इसे माथे, चेहरे व गर्दन पर लगाएं. 15 मिनट बाद रहने दें. फिर ठंडे पानी से चेहरा धो लें. इस पेस्ट का फ़ायदा यह है कि मुल्तानी मिट्टी जहां खुले रोमछिद्र को बंद करती है, वहीं शहद और दूध त्वचा का पोषण करते हैं.

गेंदे के फूल

2 कप गेंदे के फूल की पंखुड़ियों को पानी में भिगो दें. 2-3 घंटे बाद उसी पानी में उन्हें मसलें. अब इस पेस्ट में 1 टेबलस्पून ग्लिसरीन डालें. अच्छी तरह मिलाएं तथा चेहरे, माथे और गर्दन पर लगाएं. 10 मिनट बाद धो लें. ये थोड़ा अलग, लेकिन असरदार स्किन टॉनिक है.

स्ट्रॉबेरी

यदि आपकी त्वचा ऑयली है तो आपके लिए स्ट्रॉबेरी का प्रयोग बहुत फ़ायदेमंद है. यह त्वचा का अतिरिक्त ऑयल सोखकर उसकी गहराई से सफाई करता है. मुट्ठीभर स्ट्रॉबेरी को काटकर पीस लें. इसमें एक नींबू का रस, आधा कप दही या क्रीम डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें. 30 मिनट तक फ्रिज में ठंडा होने दें. फिर चेहरे, माथे और गर्दन पर लगाएं. जब सूखने लगे तो एक बार फिर लगाएं. 20 मिनट तक रहने दें. फिर धीरे-धीरे रगड़ते हुए पानी से चेहरा धो लें.

एवोकाडो

इस फल का प्रयोग कई ब्यूटी ट्रीटमेंट्स में किया जाता है. एवोकाडो को काटकर ब्लेंंडर में पीस लें. एक टीस्पून शहद, थोड़ा-सा नींबू का रस तथा आधा कप दही या क्रीम मिलाएं. अच्छी तरह मिलाकर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना लें. चेहरे पर लगाकर मसाज करती जाएं. कुछ देर बाद पानी से चेहरा धो लें.

अखरोट

इसका प्रयोग भी कई ब्यूटी प्रॉडक्ट्स में किया जाता है. 2-3 अखरोट के बीज निकालकर पीस लें. इसमें आधा कप दही या गाढ़ी क्रीम मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं व चेहरे पर लगाएं. 20 मिनट तक रहने दें, फिर चेहरा धो लें. ये त्वचा का पोषण कर उसे नई ज़िंदगी देता है.
