Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights, which is celebrated every autumn. One of the most popular festivals of Hinduism, Diwali symbolises the spiritual "victory of light over darkness”, “good over evil” and “knowledge over ignorance". As Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshmana and Hanuman reached Ayodhya after a period in exile and Lord Rama's army of good defeated demon king Ravana's army of evil.
We also worship Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity and her blessings are invoked for a good year ahead.
May the festival of lights, Illuminate your future.

Today is Patanjali Jayanti, an auspicious day in which we give thanks and celebrate the teachings of sage Patanjali.

Patanjali is said to have lived around 1700 years ago, and is widely regarded as the father of classical yoga, having written the Yoga Sutras, a work of 196 concise verses that outline a sequential path to spiritual liberation through the practice of yoga.
Let us bow before the noblest of sages Patanjali, who gave yoga for serenity and sanctity of mind, grammar for clarity and purity of speech, and medicine for perfection of health.
Let us prostrate before Patanjali, an incarnation of Adisesa, whose upper body has a human form, whose arms hold a conch and disc, and who is crowned by a thousand headed cobra.

Dhanteras is celebrated on the thirteenth lunar day of Krishna Paksha (dark fortnight) in the Vikram Samvat Hindu calendar month of Karthik. Dhanvantari, who is also worshipped on the occasion of Dhanteras, is the god of Ayurveda who imparted the wisdom of Ayurveda for the betterment of mankind and to help rid it of the suffering of disease.

The Indian ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, announced Dhanteras, as the "National Ayurveda Day"
