This Patient is a MMA fighter, who came with complaints of back ache, radiculopathy till Lt Lower limb. On evaluation, stiffness of muscle along with tenderness were also present, Loss of lumbar lordosis.
Rx. After a couple of sessions he felt the improvement. By then, after a week's session today he is in the field of fights once again. This immediate result is the coordination of both the doctor and patient hardwork.
