Microscopic tubal recanalization for Cornual ligation. This was done under 10 X magnification with 7-0 prolene (mucosa)and outer layer with 4-0 vicryl. Uterine injection of dye promptly rushed out of both fimbrial ends.
Done 12 cases with Dr Ritu Nema. 11 conceived, one patient lost to follow up.
