phase 1 is of 18.44 acre which is complete for its users to build there dream home in the open atmosphere, wide roads of 30 and 40 feets, 6 big and small gardens complete with landscaping, plantation, walking track and amusement for childrens, with each plot clearly covered with 4feet boundry wall to secure your plot wherever you are, with an iron entrance gate. After the success of phase 1, phase 2 was started on the such a big scale (70 acre) just becoz of the demand of people who failed to book there plots in the 1st phase, the success story of phase 2 started with the booking of 250 plots before the work started,
