A reputed business man of the city came to me with complaints of decreased sleep, irritability, depressed mood and hopelessness. According to him he was a hard working and ambitious man throughout his career. He achieved all possible and dreamt things in his life. But he is not happy now and feeling like empty and cheated. His all worry is about his only spoiled son. According to him his son is irresponsible and spending money like anything. He constantly tries to tell his son regarding his indiscretion but his son is not taking note of it. Businessman is worried about losing all the hard earned money nowadays and he is feeling like going bankrupt. He ask me to tell him any suggestion so that he can successfully convince his son regarding saving of money and its importance in life.

SUTRA:
Businessman has achieved all that he desired but now he is not enjoying it because something went wrong. He desired for money , he got the money. Now he wants that his desire should be carried by his son too and that is creating all the trouble of his life. He is trying to become the master of his son and this is another big trouble game. He is not enjoying that he got the money but instead he is complaining about his son behaviour.

A mother and son came to me for psychiatric consultation.
According to mother; Her son is irritable most of the time. He don't sleep at right time and of course do not woke up early. He is also not showing much interest in his studies.
According to son; He is under constant scrutiny. His time table is being prepared by his mother and he has to follow it without any change. If he do not follow or try to make some change then he has to face the consequences ( endless expert opinion ) which stops when he shows his temperament.
Both were complaining about each other.
Both knew the shortcomings of each other.
Both were talking logically and intelligently.
SUTRA:
Knowing others around you may not bring great change in your life but knowing oneself will bring miracle.
