❗ Dermatophytosis / Tinea infection is NOT a joke
This recent medico-legal judgment proves it.

A doctor in Bengal has been ordered to pay ₹2.5 lakh compensation because the treatment for Tinea corporis (fungal infection) was found to be deficient, even though there was no medical negligence.
This clearly shows that improper or casual treatment of fungal infections — especially steroid misuse — can be dangerous and legally risky.

This much-needed awareness is possible today because of the continuous advocacy of Dr Amarendra Pandey and his PubMed-indexed research, which have repeatedly highlighted that tinea infections must be treated seriously, scientifically and ethically.

हाल ही में आए मेडिकल–लीगल फैसले ने यह बात साफ़ कर दी है।

बंगाल के एक डॉक्टर को ₹2.5 लाख क्षतिपूर्ति देने का आदेश दिया गया क्योंकि टीनिया कॉर्पोरिस (फंगल इंफेक्शन) के उपचार में कमी पाई गई — भले ही मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस (लापरवाही) नहीं थी।
इससे साबित होता है कि अनुचित उपचार और स्टेरॉयड का दुरुपयोग मरीज के लिए नुकसानदायक और डॉक्टर के लिए कानूनी रूप से जोखिमभरा है।

आज यह जागरूकता संभव हुई है डॉ. अमरेन्द्र पांडेय की निरंतर वकालत और PubMed-इंडेक्स्ड शोध की वजह से, जिसमें बार-बार बताया गया है कि टीनिया इंफेक्शन का वैज्ञानिक और नैतिक इलाज बेहद ज़रूरी है।

Amidst the river, the mountains, and the greenery, I truly feel blessed.

विचार यह है कि ऐसी ज़िंदगी जी जाए, जिससे कभी छुट्टी लेने की ज़रूरत ही न पड़े — हर हफ़्ते 2 किलोमीटर तैराकी, 6 दिन वेट ट्रेनिंग, 4 दिन वुशू, स्क्वैश और पूरे सप्ताह में कुल 12 किलोमीटर दौड़ने की दिनचर्या के साथ।

नदी, पहाड़ों और हरियाली के बीच वास्तव में स्वयं को ईश्वर की कृपा पाकर धन्य महसूस करता हूँ।
