Sun Protection TIPS:

Sun rays are strongest in between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Avoid sun exposure and seek shade during that period of time.

Wear wide brim hat, long sleeved shirt.
Apply sunscreen at least 20-30 min before stepping out to the sun. Reapply sunscreen at the interval of every 2 -5 hr.

Avoid reflective surface like sand, snow and water.
In the higher altitude place, application of sunscreen is essential. The atmospheric layer in the higher altitude place is less as a result of that absorption of UV radiation is lower.
