Fifteen years after a failed hip replacement, this patient came to us with severe pain and disability. We did a complex revision total hip replacement using advanced imported implants, the hip has been restored and the patient is walking comfortably and doing great. Revision hip surgery is challenging but can provide excellent pain relief, stability, and function in carefully selected patients with proper technique and modern implants.
