Eat a good breakfast π³
Eating a heavy breakfast is one of the most important things to cure hangovers as it helps in maintaining blood sugar level and reduces the symptoms like nausea or headache.
Sleep π΄
Alcohol consumption may interfere with sleep. Lack of sleep leads to symptoms such as fatigue.
Hydration π¦
Drinking ample amount of water help in restoring electrolyte balance.
Avoid tea or coffee βοΈ
They act as a diuretic which leads to further dehydration.
Ginger tea π΅
Ginger tea helps clam your nerves and your stomach to reduce headaches and nausea.
Take a cold shower πΏ
Shower helps you relax.
Vitamin C π
Your body needs some vitamins. The easiest way is to drink orange juice for a healthy dose of Vitamin C.
Avoid taking pain killers π
Your head is pounding and it's tempting to reach for a quick pain reliever. This is not the best idea when you're dealing with a hangover. Over-the-counter products like aspirin, Tylenol, and ibuprofen have side effects that are magnified while alcohol is in your system.
Most of all portion control! Try and limit your consumption as much as possible.
