नींव का पत्थर रखने के लिए वास्तु टिप्स
नींव का पत्थर रखने की रस्म में निर्माण कार्य की शुरुआत को चिह्नित करने के लिए एक प्रतीकात्मक पत्थर रखा जाता है। घर के निर्माण के दौरान नींव का पत्थर रखते समय कुछ वास्तु संबंधी बातें इस प्रकार हैं –

वास्तु के अनुसार, परिवार के मुखिया को पत्नी के साथ मिलकर नींव का पत्थर रखना चाहिए।
शुभ भूमि पूजन मुहूर्त में पांच नींव के पत्थर रखने चाहिए।
पत्थरों को रखने से पहले उनकी पूजा की जानी चाहिए।
नींव की गहराई दक्षिण-पश्चिम में अधिक और उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में कम होनी चाहिए।
इसके अलावा, घर के निर्माण के लिए जमीन चुनते समय फॉल्ट लाइनों, बाढ़-प्रभावित निचले क्षेत्रों और अत्यधिक भूमिगत जल प्रवाह वाले स्थानों से बचें।

भूमि पूजन के शुभ महीने: वैशाख, फाल्गुन, कार्तिक, माघ, भाद्रपद, पौष, अग्रहायण और श्रावण।
जिन महीनों में भूमि पूजन नहीं करना चाहिए: चैत्र, ज्येष्ठ, आषाढ़ और अश्विन।
भूमि पूजन के लिए शुभ नक्षत्र: उत्तरा फाल्गुनी, उत्तराषाढ़ा, उत्तराभाद्रपद, रोहिणी, मृगशिरा, रेवती, चित्रा, अनुराधा, शतभिषा, धनिष्ठा, हस्त और पुष्य।
भूमि पूजन के लिए शुभ तिथियां: द्वितीया, तृतीया, पंचमी, सप्तमी, दशमी, एकादशी, त्रयोदशी और पूर्णिमा।
भूमि पूजन के लिए शुभ लग्न: वृषभ,मिथुन, सिंह, वृश्चिक, धनु और कुंभ।

अष्टम भाव में मंगल:----

1) महिलाओं की कुंडली में अष्टम भाव में मंगल अत्यंत अशुभ होता है। यदि यह किसी अशुभ ग्रह से युक्त हो तो विधवापन देता है।

2) मासिक धर्म संबंधी रोग, स्त्री रोग, गंभीर रोग, संतान को हानि।

3) यदि ऐसा मंगल किसी व्यक्ति की कुंडली में हो तो देवी-देवताओं के रोग, दुर्घटनाएँ, शस्त्र-प्रहार, अचानक मृत्यु देता है। मृत्यु अत्यंत कष्टकारी होती है।

4) यदि दूसरे या पहले भाव में कोई पाप ग्रह हो तो यह मंगल आयु को कम करता है।

5) विवाह के बाद इस मंगल में आर्थिक स्थिति खराब होती है। पत्नी का दुर्भाग्य होता है।

6) पाप ग्रहों वाला मंगल पारिवारिक सुख नहीं देता।

7) यदि मंगल अष्टम भाव में हो तो दुर्घटनाएँ, अचानक मृत्यु, ताप विकार, बवासीर, भगन्दर जैसे गुदा या यकृत विकार, अत्यधिक शराब के सेवन से शारीरिक और मानसिक दुर्बलता होती है।

8) जब मंगल हर्षल के साथ युति में हो, तो विचारणीय मृत्यु होती है। जल राशि में स्थित मंगल शराब की लत लगाता है। शुक्र-मंगल की युति कामेच्छा को प्रबल करती है। गुप्त रोग होते हैं।

9) यहाँ मंगल वाले लोग चाहे कितनी भी रिश्वत खाएँ, उसे पचा लेते हैं।

10) महिलाओं की कुंडली में, अष्टम भाव में स्थित मंगल विधवा होने का संकेत देता है। यदि यह मंगल राहु या शनि की अशुभ दृष्टि में हो, तो युवावस्था में ही विधवा हो जाती है।

11) यहाँ स्थित मंगल सिजेरियन, प्रसव के दौरान रक्त की कमी या गर्भपात का संकेत देता है। मासिक धर्म संबंधी समस्याएँ, कमर दर्द, जोड़ों का दर्द आदि भी हो सकता है।

12) यहाँ स्थित मंगल, ऐसी महिलाओं में झगड़ालू और असंतुष्ट प्रवृत्ति होती है। आप चाहे जितना भी उनके साथ तालमेल बिठाने की कोशिश करें, झगड़े से बचना असंभव है।

13) अष्टम भाव में स्थित मंगल अकाल मृत्यु लाता है। मृत्यु जैसी बीमारी मध्यम रूप में आती है।

14) यहाँ मकर राशि में स्थित मंगल, जब शनि बलवान होता है, स्वस्थ शरीर और लंबी आयु प्रदान करता है।

मोरारजीभाई की पत्रिका का यही अनुभव है।

15) इस भाव में स्थित मंगल ऐसी मृत्यु देता है जिसकी चर्चा लोग लंबे समय तक करते हैं। जब यह मंगल दशम भाव में होता है, तो मृत्यु के कारण यश में वृद्धि होती है।

16) यह भाई-बहनों को सुख नहीं देता। या उनसे सहमत नहीं होता। इनके लिए स्वतंत्र रूप से रहना अधिक लाभदायक होता है।

17) यह मंगल ससुराल पक्ष की दरिद्रता या पतिव्रता पत्नी का सूचक है।

18) यदि यह मंगल शुभ हो, तो व्यक्ति को भूमि-सम्पन्न ससुराल मिलती है। लेकिन वह उसके किसी काम की नहीं होती।

19) ये आंतरिक रोगों से ग्रस्त होते हैं। डिम्बग्रंथि वृद्धि, टाइफाइड ज्वर, बवासीर या रक्तस्राव का रोग मंगल द्वारा सूचित होता है। गुप्तांग प्रभावित होते हैं। अत्यधिक यौन इच्छा के कारण वीर्य की हानि, अप्राकृतिक यौन संतुष्टि, यौन विकृति, संभोग में कठिनाई आदि जैसी समस्याएं होती हैं।

20) इनकी आँखों में स्पष्टता की कमी होती है। इन्हें चश्मे की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

In Medical astrology Natural Zodiac (Kalapursha), taken Cervical Vertebrae as a whole these Vertebrae are ruled by the Ta**us sign which rules the throat and neck. Also planets and affliction in the opposite signs, Scorpio and Libra tend to affect the Cervical Vertebrae. The Ta**us and Scorpio signs, being opposite and supplemental to each other, both strongly influence the throat and s*x organs

The 2nd house Ta**us represents throat & neck where the Seven Cervical Vertebras are existing (C1–C7) which are representing Spondylosis.
