Tension Headache: Often from Stress, Eye strain, or Poor posture. Cope with rest, hydration, and gentle neck/shoulder stretches.

Cervicogenic Headache: Linked to Neck stiffness, Poor posture, or Cervical spine issues. Focus on Correct posture, Gentle neck mobilization, and Physiotherapy.
