अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2025
आज हमारे संस्थान द्वारा योग दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में एक विशेष योग सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में बच्चों, महिलाओं और पुरुषों सहित सभी विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। प्रशिक्षकों के मार्गदर्शन में सामूहिक योगाभ्यास किया गया, जिसके बाद हमारे कुछ विद्यार्थियों ने अद्भुत उन्नत योगासनों का प्रदर्शन कर सभी को प्रेरित किया।

छात्रों ने अपने प्रशिक्षकों मनीषा और विनोद चौधरी का परिचय बड़े सम्मान के साथ दिया।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि श्री मोतीलाल मीना (प्रताप नगर) और विशिष्ट अतिथि डॉ. हितेंद्र त्रिवेदी (संयुक्त निदेशक, बागवानी विभाग), श्री रोशन अजमेरा एवं सुश्री सुनीता माहेश्वरी ने योग और उसके महत्व पर अपने प्रेरणादायक विचार साझा किए।

योग केवल व्यायाम नहीं, जीवन की एक कला है।
International Yoga Day 2025
Today, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, our institute organized a special yoga session. Students of all age groups — men, women, and children — participated enthusiastically. Under the guidance of our instructors, a collective yoga practice was held, followed by impressive performances of advanced yoga asanas by some of our talented students.

The students respectfully introduced their instructors, Ms. Manisha and Mr. Vinod Choudhary.
Our esteemed Chief Guest Mr. Motilal Meena (Pratap Nagar) and Special Guests Dr. Hitendra Trivedi (Joint Director, Horticulture Department), Mr. Roshan Azmera, and Ms. Sunita Maheshwari shared their insightful thoughts on the significance of yoga.

Yoga is not just exercise — it’s an art of living.
