Speech sirf words ya vocabulary ka game nahi hota. 🧠🗣️
Agar baccha bol to raha hai, par
❌ words toot-toot ke aa rahe hain
❌ misarticulation ho rahi hai
❌ fluency poor hai
❌ echolalia zyada hai
toh problem sirf language ki nahi ho sakti.

🔬 Neuroscience kehti hai:
Speech ek motor sequence hai —
jisme lips, tongue, jaw, breathing aur timing ka perfect coordination chahiye.

Aur iska main controller hota hai 👉 Cerebellum.
Autism aur speech delay me research ne dikhaya hai:
✔ cerebellum ka development atypical hota hai
✔ Purkinje cells kam hote hain
✔ cerebellum–cortex connectivity weak hoti hai
Isiliye sirf table-chair speech drills se kabhi-kabhi progress slow hota hai.

Ye zid ya badtameezi nahi hoti.
Ye aksar INSULA naam ke brain area ki processing difference hoti hai.

Par kya sach me har behaviour intentional hota hai?
🧠 Science kehti hai:

Autism me 30–40% behaviours actually sensory-based hote hain, behavioural nahi.
✔ Behaviour trigger-based hota hai (attention, escape, demand)
✔ Sensory response nervous system driven hota hai — bina trigger, bina control
Hand flapping, running, chewing, sudden meltdowns —
ye sab “nakhra” nahi, sensory overload ya sensory seeking ke signs ho sakte hain.

❌ Jab sensory issue ko behaviour samajh liya jaata hai,
toh punishment ya sirf ABA ka effect limited rehta hai.
✅ Research-based approach:
Pehle sensory regulation (OT & sensory integration),
phir behaviour shaping.
