Har zyada active baccha hyperactive nahi hota.
Kabhi-kabhi jo hyperactivity lagti hai,
wo actually sensory seeking behaviour hota hai.

Difference samajhna zaroori hai:
Hyperactivity → brain regulation difficulty
Sensory seeking → body ko input chahiye

Isliye har case me same therapy kaam nahi karti.
Sahi reason samjhenge toh intervention bhi sahi hoga.

Kabhi-kabhi problem brain ke filtering system me hoti hai.

Thalamus ko brain ka sensory gatekeeper kaha jata hai.
Ye decide karta hai kaunsa signal important hai aur kaunsa ignore karna hai.

Research studies me autism me
thalamocortical connectivity differences observe ki gayi hain,
jisse sensory filtering inefficient ho sakti hai.
Result:
• Loud sounds se overload
• Lights se irritation
• Attention break hona
• Meltdown / shutdown
