16 year old female presents with complaints of lump at left breast for 2 months , no other complaints O/E Left breast was huge in size as compared to opposite fellow breast , non tender multiple mobile lumps extending from upper outer to inner quadrant of left breast Usg suggesting of multiple fibroadenoma ( 8 in no ) , FNAC reveals fibroadenoma was undergone excision under GA , there was 22 in number varying size fibroadenoma was removed , no complications during hospital stay patient was discharged on next morning with stable vitals .

23 year old female presents to OPD with pain abdomen & vomiting for 10 days , physical examination reveals sign of peritonitis on investigations total counts was >18000 with Hb 8.2 gm% on usg there was focal collection of fluid with minimal ascites , CECT was done which suggestive of pyoperitonium with densely adherent bowels with adjacent structures, laparotomy was done , Intra OP there was a dense adhesions of ommentum all over abdomen with multiple foci of ? tubercle bacilli , biopsy was taken followed by adhesinolysis & peritoneal lavage done . Post Op uneventful, biopsy awaited .

35 yr old male presents In casualty with severe abdominal pain , vomiting and distension for 2 days
O/E - Smooth ,tender lump of approx 20×15 cm around the umbilicus, mobile ,firm in consistency
USG - shows volvulus of gut with ischemic changes noted .
CECT - suggestive of volvulus with a peristaltic segments of ileum.
Immediately laparotomy was planned , intra operation there was a inccidental findings of large Meckels diverticulum cause rotation of bowel around them . Resection of gangrenous bowel along with meckels done followed by end to end ilio-ilial anastomosis.
Post operative period uneventful , patient discharged with stable condition.
