Today, children spend long hours on mobiles, tablets, and online classes, which can cause eye strain, dryness, headaches, and poor concentration.

Our Ayurveda-based eye exercise camp is specially designed for children 5–15 years to relax the eyes, reduce screen stress, and support healthy vision naturally.

Through simple and safe practices like palming, candle gazing (Trataka), sun exposure (Sunning), and fun eye-hand coordination games, children learn how to care for their eyes in a playful way.
