In these times of utter chaos it is very important to focus on one's innerself to maintain physical and mental balance.
Key is one's breathing
It should be done in a regulated way.
Deep and relaxful Inhalation and Exhalation from deep.
One should practice this technique for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day sitting in a quite and clean room keeping spine straight.
One must push their thoughts away and totally focus on their breathing.
If helpful close your eyes.
To do this adapt any of sitting postures shown by Buddha, lord Shiva Gurunanakdevji or lord Jesus Christ or even making one's own posture but try keeping spine straight
Inhale slowly and fully feeling and sensing
Than exhale fully loosening body joints.
Keep repeating this and soon whole body will relax
Do it in a group
Join yoga club or where you got more faith in a teacher.
Oftenly said " Guru bin gyan kahan se paayu" ( without teacher how one can have a knowledge).
