Behind every great training team is great education.
Today, our Head Physio spent dedicated time mentoring our young trainers, diving deep into the principles that build safer, smarter, and more effective movement coaching.
We explored why resistance bands are superior in rehab, from their variable resistance profile to their ability to challenge stabilizers without overloading joints. We broke down lateral pelvic asymmetry, understanding how subtle shifts in pelvic position can influence gait, lower-limb mechanics, and overall functional strength.
The session also covered closed-chain biomechanics, emphasizing how ground-based movements create more joint stability, better muscle sequencing, and a clearer picture of true functional capability. Finally, we clarified the essential difference between active and passive mobility, and why both matter for assessment, performance, and long-term joint health.
Our goal?
To grow coaches who don’t just train—
they understand, analyze, and elevate human movement.
Continuous learning is how we raise the standard. Always. 👏
