• Warm water acts as a diuretic. If you drink a constant supply of warm water, you may experience frequent urination. Holding your bowels or urine may cause discomfort and may even back up the toxins in your body causing potential harm.
• While drinking eight glasses of warm water is a good idea, drinking more than the recommended amount of warm water may make you feel bloated and uncomfortable.
• Drinking too much warm water in a short period of time may lead to shortness of breath, distended stomach, and in some rare cases, fatalities.
