Rajasthan Cancer Foundation Rajasthan Cancer Foundation is to help control tobacco and other risk factors that cause Cancer and other other Non-communicable illnesses (NCDs).

Dr. Rakesh Gupta founded this NGO in August 2002 to work for cancer- and tobacco- control. We work through capacity building, advocacy (including media advocacy), awareness and research. RCF has created models for smoke-free cities, tobacco-free workplaces, tobacco treatment protocol for hospitals and quitline within medical helpline. It is NGO member of Task forces for tobacco control at National, State and District levels. Dr. Rakesh, its President is the WHO DG awardee for WNTD 2013 for SEARO for working in Individual capacity. We look forward to collaborate, coordinate and network for effective tobacco- and cancer- control globally, nationally and in Rajasthan.
