A movement arts and performance space in Jaipur, M.A.A.H. offers a place to Pause. It is an invitation extended to people to find space and time for the 'self' again. Through movement classes, workshops, community gatherings, performances and therapeutic healings, M.A.A.H. intends to create a confluence of artists and art lovers from across the globe in the city. M.A.A.H practice studio stands for

movement arts and holistic practice studio. Inspired by the Japanese word Ma (pronounced maah), M.A.A.H. envisions to be the pure and essential void between all things. Like the negative space that gives form to the object in a picture, M.A.A.H. is a working ground for creativity and exploration.

A 7-day hands-on workshop for kids aged 8 and above. Each day builds on the last - starting with simple shadow play and light exploration, moving into drawing and finally projecting their own artwork onto physical objects using a projector.

No screens, no passive learning. Kids learn how light works, design their visuals, and on the final day present a live showcase to family and friends.
No prior experience needed. Just curiosity.
