Early pregnancy in a patient with gross adenomyosis with history of fibroid removal surgery 3 years back .In adenomyosis,uterus is enlarged sometimes double or triple the size with endometrial tissue or womb lining at the wrong place .These indeed are the most difficult patients and to make them conceive is indeed a challenge.Our IVF unit is well equipped to handle difficult patients and our team competent enough to manage them
