Postpone eating for 10-15 minutes when you feel an urge.
Youโ€™re not saying โ€œnoโ€ โ€“ just stopping to think๐Ÿ›Ž before you eat. Youโ€™re not ignoring the thought but dealing with it. While youโ€™re delaying your decision, the next D makes it easierโ€ฆ

Cravings pass more quickly when you are involved in a distracting activity for a few minutes.
