On Examination: Vision 6/60 in left eye. He had cataract and fullthickness macular hole (pic A)

Treatment he underwent CATARACT SURGERY + RETINA SURGERY (PPV+ILM PEELING+ FGE) on the same sitting.

Operating Surgeon: Dr. Madhushmita Narang, M.B.B.S.(Gold Medalist), M.S. Eye(Gold Medalist), Fellowship Vitreo-Retina Surgery(LVPEI)

On 3rd month FOLLOW UP his vision improved to 6/12 and a complete closure of the macular hole (pic B).
