"Protein quality"

Whey, in particular, seems to be particularly good at stimulating muscle protein synthesis, leading to hypertrophy. It’s been shown to be superior to both soy and casein for this purpose (and not just acutely, but in training studies showing increased lean mass gains from lifting).

Although all possible protein sources haven’t been compared at this point, obviously, as a general rule of thumb animal sources are better than plant sources for stimulating protein synthesis. When in doubt, though there are a ton of options on the market, it’s hard to beat a plain old whey isolate when you need some more protein and don’t have time to make some meat.
So have a 1g/lb or 2g/kg of protein per day according to your activity level goal & lifestyle (sedentary people need less than this) space your intake out rather than concentrating it all in one period, and prioritize protein sources like whey, meat, and eggs. Eggs ,whey,milk and chicken are good protein source with higher biological value.for vegetarian people soya is only good option with higher biological value 97%( higher than beef) so try to have eggs,chicken & whey in your diet limit your soya intake because soya have Goitrogens in it which disturb thyroid production.

The most effective weight loss programs involve a combination of a decrease in caloric intake (Diet) and an increase in caloric expenditure through exercise.The most appropriate and safest way is when the difference of energy intake and expenditure is about 500 to 1000 calories per day.A decrease in energy intake of more than 1000 calories may lead to loss of muscles mass.An adequate amount of weight loss that will not lead to loss of muscle or cause too much stress to the body is 0.5 to 1 kilogram (1-2) pounds per week therefore weight can be lost in one of three ways :
1. Reduce caloric intake to lower than normal level but maintain current level of caloric output.
2.Maintain level of caloric intake but increase caloric output to greater than normal level.
3.Reduce caloric intake and increase daily caloric output at the same time.

Aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week at low to moderate intensity gradually increasing over time is suggested.Resistance training( weight training) is also helpful maintaining lean body mass and resting metabolic rate.

Post workout meal should be moderate to high glycemic carbs to spike up insulin and to replenish muscle glycogen level--...

Go through failure yes you hear it right-----every hard set your muscles tired lactic acid build up forced your muscles contraction and you do it with your will those extra 2 3 reps determine your muscle growth---those reps i call failure reps beyond your reach beyond your strength but not beyond your will-----so do it anyways/those 2/3 extra reps/grow man grow/ABC NUTRITION CENTRE/educate your mind/it leads to success----
